Gentlemen, Now the Bush administration wants to put the National Institute of Health in (and under control) of their proposed new department. It's beginning to look as if they are attempting an enormous coverup, as so many people who use the Internet are beginning to believe. AND THEY DON'T WANT CONGRESSIONAL OVERSIGHT OVER THE SPENDING FOR THIS DEPARTMENT! That's it, we're going to have to march in Washington in a major protest. It has all become too much. They are attempting to usurp all power.
